How to submit a complaint
Send complaints to support@chapterharbor.com. Include your account email, the relevant Chapter Harbor URL, payment reference if applicable, and a clear description of the issue.

We aim to respond within five business days. Complex payment, copyright, privacy, or safety issues may require additional verification before a final answer is sent.
Payment disputes
For duplicate charges, suspected fraud, technical payment errors, or refund requests, use the Refund Policy process first so the payment reference can be matched against processor records.
Readers may also use their payment provider dispute tools, but contacting Chapter Harbor first usually allows faster review when the support payment can be identified.
