No physical goods are shipped. No shipping fees are charged, and Chapter Harbor does not provide postal delivery, tracking numbers, freight, customs paperwork, or physical returns.

Membership activation is delivered digitally through the reader account, checkout email, or support activation flow after successful checkout. If activation is not visible, contact support and we aim to resolve the issue within one business day.
