This policy explains how voluntary support payments are reviewed.

Voluntary support
Tip and Boost are voluntary support features for free digital stories. They are not purchases of locked chapters, physical goods, or guaranteed delivery.
Current public Tip support amounts can be chosen between $9 and $999. No physical goods are shipped for any support amount.
Boosts do not guarantee delivery of a specific chapter, release date, priority placement, or author response.
Membership refunds
Membership refund requests are reviewed for duplicate charges, suspected fraud, technical errors, accidental duplicate memberships, and cases where membership activation was not delivered.
Cancelling a membership stops future renewal after the processor confirms cancellation. Completed membership charges are reviewed under this policy and applicable payment processor rules.
Approved membership refunds are returned to the original payment method when the processor supports it.

For refund handling, contact support@chapterharbor.com with the payment reference and the account email used at checkout.

Refund requests are reviewed within five business days against payment processor records, duplicate charges, suspected fraud, technical errors, and whether the support action has already been settled.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when the processor supports it. Processor timing, card network timing, and bank posting delays may affect when funds appear.
